The service

visdx, operated by M.R. BRIX LLC, audits how AI assistants respond to buyer questions about a company and assesses a site's readiness to be read by AI. Results are generated by automated models and live web search. They are estimates for informational purposes, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only for companies and sites you have a legitimate reason to research.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Do not use the service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.

Your content

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process those inputs to deliver the service, including generating and storing your report.

Intellectual property

visdx, its name, design, and content are owned by M.R. BRIX LLC. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or results of any audit or plan.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M.R. BRIX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
