Information we collect
- Audit inputs. The company name, optional website domain, context, and buyer questions you enter. We store these to produce and save your report so it can be reloaded and shared by link.
- Phone number (optional). Only if you ask us to send your report by text. We use it to deliver that message through our messaging provider. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
- Usage analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This may involve cookies and coarse device and approximate location data. Analytics stay disabled until you accept in the cookie banner.
Cookies and consent
Essential functionality does not require analytics cookies. Analytics load only after you choose “Accept” in the banner, using consent mode so nothing is set beforehand. You can decline, and you can clear the choice by clearing your browser storage for this site.
How we use information
- To run the audit, generate your scores and plan, and save your report.
- To deliver a report by text when you request it.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- To respond to you when you contact us.
Service providers
We share information with vendors that operate the service on our behalf: cloud hosting, database, the AI model provider that generates answers and scores, analytics, and the messaging provider used to send text reports. They process data under contract and only to provide their service. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Audits are retained so your saved report stays available at its link. To have an audit or your phone number deleted, email mike@mrbrix.com and we will remove it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing mike@mrbrix.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
visdx is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
